The best projects to be funded will be chosen, not meaning that others will not be supported. We must remember that the best projects can have significant financial returns in a short period, and part of this recovery will be used to finance new projects. From this point of view, whenever a good project becomes real, the chances of smaller projects being funded increase.B.
