1. Dreamsweek invites each Social Sower, and each of them invites 100 people through their social media so that one of these guests may be selected to participate in the Dreamshare campaign.

2. This is a promotion exclusively for platform members. Therefore, before participating, you must create a free account.

3. In this campaign, funding is focused exclusively on housing projects. You do not need to submit a project proposal now — the dream home is the reference project for every participant. Project submissions open after the Social Sower campaigns are completed.

4. The Guest-100 Program is initially private to the friends and audiences of the Social Sowers. This first campaign runs for 4 to 6 months, counted from the moment its 100 Guest-Dreamers have been recruited and have completed the training. Subsequent campaigns run on progressively shorter cycles, until Guest-100 settles into a monthly edition within the DreamShare campaign. If the 100 spots are not filled within a reasonable time, that campaign is opened to all platform members, including those who registered earlier.

5. The four Guest-Dreamers who raise the most for the campaign — the top four in the Sowing Ranking — are selected for funding. First place has priority in the distribution order.

6. On the platform, users can choose to remain anonymous or not. However, Guest-Dreamers must remain anonymous until Celebration Day at the GuestShow event, where the identities of the top four sowers will be revealed.

7. In the event of a tie in the Sowing Ranking, the tiebreaker follows the official evaluation criteria: project quality, engagement, and generosity.

8. Each Guest may subscribe to the Free Plan or to any of our paid plans.

9. Guests may also make a voluntary contribution exclusively to this campaign and receive our best discount—99% off—as a reward for subscribing to the Guest-100 Program.

10. The funding amount is based on the Plus Plan. This means that the selected and financed participant may use the funds to buy a car, purchase a home, or even start a business.

11. Our goal is to reach $400,000 for the member selected in this campaign. If the member remains on the Free Plan, the amount will be $334,000. If a Guest chooses any paid plan, they will receive the full $400,000, regardless of the plan chosen. However, if they remain on the Free Plan, the funding amount will be adjusted due to fees, resulting in a final amount of $334,000.

12. To make a financial contribution, the person does not need to be a member. However, to participate in the campaign and present a project, they must have at least a free account.

13. The Guest-100 initiative comprises 20 separate campaigns, each led by a different Social Sower. Every campaign funds up to 4 Guest-Dreamers — at minimum one home per campaign, which is where the figure of 20 homes comes from, and up to 80 if every campaign funds its full four. Paid plans from Guest-Dreamers and other participants are reviewed across these 20 campaigns; projects from participants on the Free Plan remain on hold until they upgrade to a paid plan.

14. If the funded participant is not from the United States, they must open an American bank account to receive the appropriate amounts. The funded participant is fully responsible for all costs, fees, and legal obligations.

15. Each guest may participate and register for the event through only one Social Sower.

16. Please note that being invited to participate in the Dreamshare campaign does not guarantee funding, even if the participant is among the top sowers. There is also no guarantee that the total funding amount will be achieved. Participation only ensures a place in the campaign. Depending on individual circumstances, participants are encouraged to act with generosity and initiative to help secure funding for themselves or for other participants.

17. Voluntary funding is provided by participants, their invitees, and through the promotion efforts of our team, Social Sowers, partners, and WorkPros.

18. For this campaign, the participant must use an avatar and a nickname, as Guest-100 members cannot be identified until the official event.

19. In this campaign stage, there is no need to submit any projects, as the default project type is “housing.” All project submissions will be evaluated only after the completion of the Social Sower campaigns.

20. By participating in this program created for the Guest-100 campaign, the participant may register in our Refmark System (Referral Marketing), where they and their guests can begin building their participation in the Amdreall (American Dream for All).

21. By participating in this funding program, the user automatically agrees to our terms, policies, and rules.

Our goal is to ensure clarity, fairness, and full transparency for every participant.

All distributions in this program follow the Sowing Ranking — a classification based on each participant’s contribution, engagement, and support within the campaign. This ranking determines the order in which funds are allocated and ensures that every reward aligns with the level of personal sowing and commitment demonstrated throughout the program.

1. Campaign Base and Funding Limits

• The base value used in the Guest-100 Campaign is $400,000 per Guest.
• A Guest who becomes a paying member can receive up to $400,000.
• A Guest who remains a free member can receive up to $334,000.
• These limits cannot be exceeded, even if the campaign raises more funds than expected.

2. Campaign Revenue and Initial Deduction

Before any distribution is made, a fixed 16.5% operational fee is deducted from the total amount raised.
This fee covers administrative costs, platform operations, commissions, and campaign management.

Example:

• Total raised: $2,000,000
• Operational deduction (16.5%): $330,000
• Net Funding Pool: $1,670,000

This net amount is what will be used to finance the Guest-100 participants and partners.

3. Priority Funding Distribution (Top Sowers)

The net funding pool is distributed in order of priority, following the Guest-100 ranking.
The distribution percentages are based on the remaining balance — always respecting the maximum allowed per person.

Distribution Order:

1. 1st Place (Top Sower of the Campaign)
   • Receives up to $400,000
2. 2nd Place
   • Receives 35% of the remaining pool
   • Limited to a maximum of $400,000
3. 3rd Place
   • Receives 25% of the remaining pool
   • Limited to $400,000
4. 4th Place
   • Receives 20% of the remaining pool
   • Limited to $400,000
5. Social Sower Partner
   • Receives 20% of the remaining pool
   • Limited to $400,000

Important:

If any position reaches the maximum allowed amount, but the percentage calculation exceeds that limit, only the maximum amount is paid. Any excess returns to the pool for later distribution.

4. Protection for Social Sower Efforts (If the Campaign Falls Short)

If the campaign does not raise enough funds to compensate the Social Sower Partner according to its percentage,
Dreamsweek will grant them 5% of the 16.5% operational deduction as recognition for their contribution.

Nota: This amount will be insufficient if it does not reach the minimum of $100,000.

5. Restrictions for Prime Nine Members

If a member of the Prime Nine is among those funded in the main distribution,
they cannot participate in the additional division stages described below.

This ensures fairness and prevents double benefits.

6. Second Division (If There Are Remaining Funds)

After funding the Top Sowers and Social Sower Partner,
any remaining balance is distributed equally among the Prime Nine members.

• Maximum per member: $400,000
• Example: Remaining balance = $44,500
  → Each Prime Nine member receives $4,944

7. Third Division (Final Remaining Balance)

If there is still a remaining balance after compensating the Prime Nine,
the final amount is distributed among the Sponsors, following the same maximum limit of $400,000 per person.
